Breathing-Heals by Nogravity Esben Seir CVR: 32519156 registered at Siljangade 1, 2300 Copenhagen, Denmark with contact breathe@breathing-heals.com provides breathwork sessions, retreats, workshops, mentoring, and related services. By booking or participating in any offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms.

1. Nature of the Services

Our services are offered for personal development, self-awareness, education, and well-being purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition.

All breathwork, mentoring, or movement practices are for educational and inspirational purposes. They do not replace medical care or professional advice. Participants should seek appropriate medical or mental health support when needed.

2. Participant Responsibility

By attending any session, workshop, or retreat, you confirm that:

• You are physically and mentally capable of participating.

• You take full responsibility for your own well-being, experiences, and choices before, during, and after the session.

• Participation is voluntary and you agree to listen to your body and limits at all times.

Health considerations:

• Are pregnant or have given birth within the last 6 months

• Have heart or circulatory diseases

• Have glaucoma

• Have asthma or epilepsy

• Have severe psychosis or other serious mental health challenges

• Have infectious diseases

3. Booking, Price & Payment

• Prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT where applicable.

• Payment is handled by secure third-party providers (Stripe). Breathing-Heals does not store raw card data.

• Payment authorizes us and our providers to charge the total amount at checkout.

• After successful payment, a booking confirmation is emailed. It is your responsibility to ensure the information is correct.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation more than 7 days before the event: 50% refund.

• Cancellation within 7 days: no refund.

• Bookings may be transferred to another person if we are informed in writing.

• If Breathing-Heals cancels a session, you receive a full refund or alternative date.

• No-shows or late arrivals are not refundable.

• Events/services are generally not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal under Danish law for goods.

• Refunds are processed via the same payment method and may take up to 14 days.

5. Privacy Policy (GDPR)

We collect personal data necessary to process bookings, payments, and communications, including name, email, phone, and billing details.

• Use of Data: Process bookings, communicate updates, provide support, comply with legal obligations.

• Sharing: Only with trusted third-party providers (e.g., payment processors) or with your consent.

• Your Rights: You may request access, correction, restriction, deletion, or data portability of your personal data. Contact info@breathing-heals.com.

• Retention: We retain data only as long as necessary for these purposes or required by law.

6. Liability & No Guaranteed Outcomes

• Participation is at your own risk.

• Breathing-Heals is not liable for physical, emotional, or psychological reactions during or after sessions.

• Experiences and results vary; no guarantees of outcomes, healing, emotional release, or personal transformation are made.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breathing-Heals is not liable for indirect losses, except as required by mandatory Danish/EU rights.

7. Governing Law

This legal notice is governed by Danish law.

8. Amendments

We may update this notice and encourage participants to review it periodically.

9. Photography & Media

Workshops or sessions may be photographed or recorded for educational or promotional purposes. You may opt-out by notifying facilitators before or after the event. All media is handled responsibly.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, paying for, or participating in any service, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Legal Notice & Disclaimer, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
